PERSONAL TRAINING WITH COACH LEIGHANNE WILDMAN

Being actively involved in both team and individual sports from a very young age has helped instil great morals, dedication and drive throughout my life.

As a former elite athlete, I had the privilege to work with top coaches, sports scientists, psychologists & nutritionists and this is where my passion for fitness as a way of life really formed.

Using a range of training and nutrition methods we’ll find what you love and get your body feeling more amazing than you ever thought possible, enriching your life in ways you haven’t even imagined.

Stronger inside and out, more confident and looking and feeling sexy as hell.

As my client I require you to dig deep and find what it is that’s really going to drive you, why do you want this change and what embarking on this journey is going to mean to you. To believe every day that you can do anything you put your mind to and give it a red hot go with an attitude that tackles any challenge head on with positivity to reap the rewards of your hard work and dedication.

I’m here to challenge you, support you, find your limits and then break them. Through exercise and the right nutrition there’s nothing we can’t achieve together. My aim is to educate, motivate and inspire you to be the best version of you.
